I am Sunayana Amit Anshu and I am the author / writer, recipe developer and photographer behind this blog.
I am a homemaker and a mother of a sweet baby girl, Avantika (Nickname : Avni).
My interest is in the areas of cooking and decorating home. I believe these are the activities that gives a home maker an opportunity to show love and care for her family. I love to pamper my husband and baby by preparing delightful meals for them.
I started this blog as a place to document and store the recipes I was trying, and of course as a way to keep myself engaged in a fruitful activity.
My blog focuses on simple, easy to cook Indian Vegetarian and Non Vegetarian (Eggs, Fish and Chicken) recipes with easily available ingredients. It contains recipes tried and tested by me in my home kitchen. I have posted successful recipes which tasted good to me and only when the result was upto my expectations.
I have completed variety of recipes so far like categorised in the Recipe Index. Although I am not able to come up with huge number of recipes due to my little one who is so very demanding that I have to balance between motherhood and hobby, I have come up with useful handy recipes that would be useful for working and busy moms, who need quick and easy recipes. Also the bachelors, young students and the novice cooks can learn some easy recipes that they can cook for themselves without much difficulty when they are away from home.
I like food photography and will prefer presenting the recipe pictures in the original form ….. that is…. I have not used any editing softwares for enhancing my recipe pictures. I just click the pictures, form collages if required and post them.
I hope you all would like my recipes and novice cooks would gain from the simple recipes given here.
