Spring Onion Flower Stir Fry

The Onion flower is edible and today we are going to learn how to prepare a stir fry of it.

In the US and many other countries, farmers do not let their onions to flower. Flowering will not only affect the taste of the onion but it will affect the size and keeping quality of the onion.
In some Asian countries like India, Sri Lanka and China, the onions are cultivated for this valuable vegetable.

Onion Stalks have a milder onion flavour and are very tasty.
Today we are going to learn how to make stir fry of the Onion flower with stalk.
Do not discard the flower but wash it well.
