Ingredients :
(1) 800 ml Water
(2) Chopped Cabbage – Handful
(3) Chopped Tomatoes – Handful
(3) Grated Carrot – Handful
(4) Chopped Onion – 1 tablespoon while boiling the soup and 2 tablespoons while tempering
(5) 3 minced garlic buds for soup while boiling and 2 minced garlic buds for tempering
(6) Rock Salt as per taste required
(7) 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil
(8) 2 tablespoons of Chopped Coriander leaves
(9) A pinch of Pepper powder

Method:
(1) Boil 800 ml of Water in a utensil.
(2) Add handful of chopped Cabbage, chopped tomatoes and grated Carrot each to the boiled water. Add 3 minced garlic buds and 1 tablespoon of chopped Onion also and cook on a low-medium flame for 15 minutes. I added Onion and garlic for flavour.
(3) Add Rock Salt as per taste required while cooking in the step 2. Once 15 minutes are over, turn off the gas stove.
(4) In the tempering pan, take 1 tablespoon of Olive oil. Once the oil is warm, add minced garlic and saute till it turns golden brown.
Also add, 2 tablespoons of finely chopped Onion and Sauté it till it turns golden yellow and gives a nice aroma. The tempering is ready.
Add it to the cooked Soup.
(5) Serve the soup in a bowl.
(6) Garnish with chopped Coriander leaves and pinch of pepper powder.
(7) Enjoy the soup.
This Soup is good for weight loss.
